• Assistant Manager: Scale-I Pay Scale: Rs 14500 – 600/7 – 18700 – 700/2 – 20100 – 800/7 – 25700,Age Limit: Max 28 years,Experience: Min 1 year experience in any scheduled commercial bank in Official or clerical Cadre.
  

• Manager: Scale-II Pay Scale: Rs 19400- 700/1 -20100 – 800/10- 28100,Age Limit: 30 years,Experience: Min 2 years experience in any scheduled commercial bank in Official Cadre.

• Sr. Manager: Scale-III Pay Scale: Rs 25700- 800/5- 29700 - 900/2- 31500,Age Limit: 30 years,Experience: Min 3 years experience in any scheduled commercial bank in Official Cadre.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates desirous of applying for Federal Bank Recruitment 2012 must be Graduate in any discipline with minimum 60 % marks from a recognised university of India.
