A Small Introduction about IBPS:
IBPS stands for Institute of Banking Personnel and Selection.It is an autonomous body that is helping banks for the recruitment of personnel for various posts under different Pay Scales.For the first time ever in the history of Bank Recruitment exams in India,the IBPS had introduced the concept of Common Written Exams for banking posts.There are 19 Nationalized public sector banks that are participating in the common recruitment process (Except SBI and its 6 Associate Banks).
So from now on the 19 Nationalized Public Banks in India will not conduct any individual banking recruitment exams.So all the Upcoming Bank Exams in 2012 will be conducted under the banner of IBPS.Individual banks in 2012 will invite applications based on the scores of candidates in the Common Written Exam by IBPS.IBPS will conduct the Common Written Exam twice a year (Both for the Clerks and PO`s for once each).
We will continue to update this page with the Upcoming Bank Exams 2012 notifications for Clerks and PO`s. As soon as IBPS or any other individual bank will invite applications for the Upcoming Bank Recruitment in 2012 for Clerks,PO`s and Specialist Officers,we will always publish the complete information with complete notification.
